What is the difference between TCP and UDP?

Seriously, what does this have to do with Ahnenblatt? And what is the answer needed for?

They are both 2 internet transport protocols, but for different purposes. UDP will use a connectionless communication model and will have to address not only a certain computer, but directly a port within an computer. Whereas TCP will automatically resend a data packet which was not recieved correctly, UDP won't - which is much better in case you are not sending a web page or a file, but live speech (telephone etc).

Ja, vor allem, weil ich selbst davon nicht allzu viel verstehe.

Aber darüber hinaus: Ich hatte gar nicht vor mir die Mühe zu machen, es verständlich zu erklären, wenn jemand sich erkennbar keine Mühe mit dem Fragenstellen macht. Kannst du auch locker als Spam löschen - macht mir nichts.
