When I export data of people that are living together i.e. not married, then sometimes they are given as married in the exported GEDCOM file.
This problem sometimes occurs, not always. I don't know how to solve it.
In other words : how do I enter couples that are not married, in a way that this is exported correctly?

Hi,
you say that you sometimes have that problem, sometimes not. Is this alternating behaviour because you import your file into different genealogical software or is this because different couples are affected?
If you have assigned parents to a child, they usually get married (if you hit "yes").
Are you talking about AB 3.x? Then it is this way:
a) A and B are married with date and place -> they are married;
b) A and B are a couple with no date and place, the "Marriage" tag has the checkbox "no known data" activated -> they are married;
c) A and B are a couple with no "Marriage" tag or with a "Marriage" tag that has neither date and place nor that checkbox active -> they are not married.
Does this help?

I use AB 3.50, and I export it to a GEDCOM file and import it than to Progen.
This problem also occurs when I tick : no date and place
and/or "not married"
I tried all the combinations : but none of them work
I would be very grateful if you would you have time for a teamviewer session combined with a telephone call. Would this be possible for you?

Sorry, only after Christmas.
EDIT: Did you know that you can view a GEDCOM file? It's not meant to edit, but you can use a simple text editor to view what is exported for those couples.
Just search for FAM which is the start tag for any "family" (married or not).
Don't edit that file - it's not easy to see if you did it the right way or not.
